Returns & Refunds policy
You are entitled to cancel your appointment within 30 days but not less than two days without providing any reason.
The deadline for cancelling an appointment is 30 days from the date you received the confirmation about the payment transfer and two days before your appointment.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform me of your decision by a clear statement.
You can inform me of your decision by e-mail judit.psy@gmail.com
I will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the cancellation letter. I will use the same payment method you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Late cancellations and missed sessions:
We are all human, and sometimes we need to cancel an appointment. However, the non-attendance has a significant impact on any service[1]. It costs money and takes away the opportunity for others to attend that slot. I can also relate to a situation in which clients cancel an appointment due to a work commitment. However, if you cannot keep a slot for yourself, an hour per week, a sort of `me-time` for your treatment, I am not sure if it is the best time for your treatment.
If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 48 hours before the appointment to receive a full refund. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel it within 48 hours, I unfortunately cannot refund it.
If your treatment is not self-funded (for example, your insurance company or an agency is the payor), you forfeit that session from the treatment course.
Conditions for refund:
I cannot refund a session you attended previously. That time slot was booked solely for you, it was kept for you, and I spent time preparing for that session, and I might have spent time and money to get there and be there (room booking, travelling, etc).
