Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your appointment three days before your appointment without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform me of your decision by means of a clear statement.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours (two days) before your scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged. This policy applies to both face-to-face and online appointments.

If you are unable to attend, please ensure you cancel by 12 noon at least three days prior to your session. This allows the time to be offered to someone else.

Within every block of 20 sessions, you are entitled to one late cancellation (defined as any cancellation made after 12 noon two days before your session) without incurring a charge.

Following this, any further late cancellations will be charged at your standard session rate. Your entitlement to one late cancellation without charge will reset after every 20 sessions.

If I need to cancel your appointment and you have done so at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time, I will gladly refund the full amount of your advance payment.

Regrettably, I am unable to offer a refund for sessions that have already taken place. That time was reserved exclusively for you, and I prepared specifically for your appointment. As such, the time spent both in preparation and during the session cannot be returned, and I trust you understand the value of that commitment.
